They are courteous and answer my questions. I take multiple medications for multiple reasons. The pharmacists are always knowledgeable and make sure I understand possible complications. My previous pharmacist had to retire. And I feel fortunate to have found another pharmacy that delivers and takes time to make sure your prescriptions are correct and counted out correctly.

After years of great customer care I give 5 stars for 5 decades of great customer experience. Ty Black Oak Pharmacy for the years my children were children. Plus 5 Extra stars for the whole pandemic. Staying open was more than most.

Black Oak Pharmacy has been providing compounded medication for my dog for years. They have gone above and beyond to get them done in a timely fashion. All the staff and pharmacists have been friendly on the phone and in person. Thank you for helping to keep my dog alive!!

Helpful staff; nice, quiet place; line moves quickly (when a line forms, which isn't very often in my experience). I like this pharmacy.

As a dentist I contact a lot of different pharmacies. Whenever I call Black Oak I get to talk to a nice person. I can talk with a pharmacist whenever I need to. I just get great help, and my patients have good things to report on their end too. Thanks for being easy to work with and for taking such good care of our valley!

This is the best pharmacy! I called 13 other pharmacies in Jackson county and no one could help me…. Until I called Black Oak. Not only did they get me my prescription, but they were super nice and extremely knowledgeable. I am now switching to Black Oak Pharmacy :) I just also have to add in they have a really cute gift area too!

After dealing with other chain and mom and pop pharmacies in the valley, I am continue to be impressed with Black Oaks customer service. They have gone out of their way to help whenever an issue comes up with one of my prescriptions. None of the pharmacies I have dealt with in the valley even come close.

Absolutely the best pharmacy in the Rogue Valley, BAR NONE. They have managed to crack the code of simplifying the pharmacy text message system for refills, questions and alerts. If every pharmacy was as efficient and as effective as Black Oak Pharmacy, the Oregon pharmacy board would not need a complaint line. They get scripts ready fast, on time, every time. Their texting system is idiot proof and the staff is never rude or disrespectful. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and professional, and are NEVER condescending or rude. The new process for most pharmacies is to make the patient deal with any insurance issues, but not Black Oak. They take care of any issues, even ones that other pharmacies expect patients to handle. Can’t say enough good about this place, they are freaking rockstars at medication fulfillment. They still contact providers for refills, which many other pharmacies will only do through an automated system. Black Oak still knows how to dial a phone, as opposed to most pharmacies post Covid. You won’t hear crickets for weeks after requesting a new refill, because they actually FOLLOW THROUGH. They take the stress and frustration out of medication refills.

They requested a prescription transfer for a prescription my usual pharmacy couldn't fill and stayed after closing to make sure it was filled before the long holiday weekend. Amazing staff! Highly recommend!
